Tim’s experience is second to none. He was previously a probation supervisor in San Mateo County (1974 to 2011), and started a program for gang/drug awareness in the community using former gang members to speak and mentor at-risk youth (Community Awareness Project—2003-Present.) He supervised a combined juvenile field supervision unit, and adult unit with an intensive unit, comprised of 11 probation officers with specific caseloads for domestic violence, sexual abuse, gang members, drug dealers and identity theft.
He has served as Vice-President of the Central Coast Gang Investigators Association in 2010, and in 2011 was elected President of the Central Coast Gang Investigators Association.
Tim now facilitates and is a proctor for WSTB testing for the physical agility exam for prospective law enforcement candidates with South Bay Regional Training Center. In addition, he also organizes and facilitates a boot camp for individuals aspiring to obtain employment with San Mateo County Sheriff’s Office.
