News Has Become
the Library
The "News" section served its purpose, keeping you updated on classes, announcements, and what was coming next. But the work has outgrown that label.
A library isn't a bulletin board. It's a resource, a place you return to, build from, and actually use in your work. That's what 21 CLETS, LLC produces, and that's what this space has become.
Every book, toolkit, planner, and publication released under the 21 CLETS, LLC brand lives in the Library. It grows every month. And it starts June 15 with the first release: The Supervisor's Playbook.
The Supervisor's
Playbook
The resource that should have existed the day you pinned on your first stripe. A no-excuses digital toolkit built for the law enforcement supervisors who are still in the work every day.
Managing conflict before it manages you
Building credibility with your team
Leading under pressure and scrutiny

Accountability without micromanagement
Building a culture your team believes in
