Rey Pagarigan
ABOUT
Rey Pagarigan started his law enforcement career over 26 years ago with the California Highway Patrol as an explorer. In those 26 years, Rey has been an officer and a dispatcher for the Daly City Police Department, the Brisbane Police Department, the San Mateo County Public Safety Communications Center, the Colma Police Department, and subsequently retired from the Broadmoor Police Department in 2018.
Rey has served as a communications training officer, a tactical dispatcher, a training manager, and has also served on the San Mateo County Training Managers Association. Rey participated in the AICC (POST Academy Instructor Course) where he assisted in developing the POST statewide curriculum for training public safety dispatchers. Rey has been teaching public safety personnel throughout California since 2010.
