Cait Fournier started her career working in community-based mental health, providing therapeutic and social services to underserved and at-risk individuals and families. Her primary work focuses on mental health treatment for acutely mentally ill inmates, including crisis intervention, medication management and socialization. Her current capacity as Mobile Crisis Mental Health Clinician responding to calls for service with law enforcement in Sacramento, California.
Cait received her Master’s in Marriage and Family Therapy from Notre Dame de Namur in 2015 and holds an active license as an LMFT.
She has completed a variety of trainings focused on suicide prevention and regularly provides mental health trainings on Post Traumatic Stress Disorder and Crisis Intervention Training.
